Chuẩn bị 1 nồi nước sôi, trụng sơ qua đuôi heo để loại bỏ cặn bẩn và khi hầm thì nước sẽ trong hơn, sau khi trụng vớt ra. Chuẩn bị 1 cái nồi nước khác khoảng 2 lít nước. cho hành tây và gừng vào cùng 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối. Cho đuôi heo vào hầm trong vòng 30-60 phút nhé.
Đuôi heo sau khi ninh mềm thì cho nấm vào, ninh tiếp 15 phút nữa là được. Bây giờ mình sẽ nêm nhé : 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, 1 muỗng cà phê nước mắm, tùy chỉnh nêm nếm sao cho vừa miệng gia đình nhé.
Sau khi hoàn thành, bạn múc ra tô và cho lên 1 ít tiêu, hành ngò rí là xong rồi đó. Nó thật sự rất ngon và lạ miệng, các bạn hãy làm cùng Hằng nhé!
