Đặt từng lát ba rọi nạc xông khói lên mặt phẳng và nối lại bằng cách đan xen các miếng thịt vào nhau như hình bên dưới.
Kế đến, đặt 2 lát bánh mì sandwich có kẹp sẵn phô mai cheddar lên trên các dải thịt và bắt đầu cuộn từ dưới lên, dùng thịt xông khói bọc kín 2 đầu còn trống của phần bánh mì.
Giờ thì mình đun nóng chảo với một chút bơ hoặc dầu ăn và cho phần thịt xông khói cuộn vào, rán vàng đều hai mặt.
