Bí đỏ rất tốt cho sức khỏe và khi kết hợp với hạt óc chó bổ dưỡng làm thành chiếc bánh xinh xinh cho bé ăn thì lại càng tốt hơn nữa nha. Bánh bí đỏ chocolate hạt óc chó với cách làm đơn giản và dễ cho các mẹ tự tay chuẩn bị cho bé ăn sáng hoặc ăn nhẹ nửa buổi đều được nha.
Đầu tiên trộn đều 150g bí đỏ nghiền, 1 quả trứng, 78ml dầu olive và 60ml nước, 340g đường khuấy cho thật đều. Sau đó trong tô khác trộn 150g bột mì, baking soda, muối, 1/2 muỗng bột quế, 1/4 muỗng bột nhục đậu khấu, 1/4 muỗng bột bạch đậu khấu, 1/4 muỗng bột đinh hương, gột gừng rồi trộn thật đều.
Sau đó trộn hai hỗn hợp khô và ướt lại với nhau thành hỗn hợp bột nhuyễn mịn, mượt. Cho hạt óc chó cắt nhỏ cùng chocolate chip vào bột và trộn đều lên. Rây một lớp bột trong khuôn rồi đổ bột vào khoảng 2/3 khuôn thôi nhé. Cho bánh vào lò nướng từ 30 - 45 phút là bánh chín, xốp mềm. Lấy bánh ra chờ nguột chút thì cắt ăn.
