Thêm vào đường trắng và đường nâu vào đánh tiếp ở tốc độ trung bình khoảng 2-3 phút. Thêm trứng gà và tinh chất vani vào đánh ở tốc độ thấp khoảng 1-2 phút. Thêm muối nở và bột nở vào đánh tốc độ thấp khoảng 1 phút.
Tiếp đến, chia bột mì thành nhiều phần để cho từ từ vào, trộn với tốc độ thấp cho đến khi quyện đều. Đổ vào 4 loại chocolate chip và trộn cho quyện đều. Xếp giấy nến vào khay nướng, dùng muỗng múc kem múc hỗn hợp thành những viên nhỏ xếp vào khay nướng, sao cho chúng cách xa và đều nhau. Sau đó, cho khay nướng vào ngăn đá tủ lạnh khoảng 2 tiếng đồng hồ.
Sau khi được làm lạnh, mở nước lò nướng ở 175 độ C (khoảng 350 độ F), cho khay bánh vào lò nướng khoảng 12-15 phút hoặc cho đến khi bánh chín vàng thơm là được. Cho bánh ra khỏi lò, làm nguội là có thể dùng. Bánh quy bơ nướng có thể dùng ăn kèm với 1 ly sữa nóng rất tuyệt nhé!
