Cơm trộn với 2 trái trứng gà để hạt cơm khi chiên sẽ tách rời ngon hơn, cho cơm đã trộn vào chảo với trứng đã chiên vàng. Chiên vừa lửa và nêm 1 thìa cà phê bột gà,1/4 thìa cà phê bột ngọt,1/5 thìa cà phê tiêu.
Bắc nôi nhỏ cho đầu ăn, 1 tép tỏi hoặc 1 thìa cà phê bột tỏi vào phi rôi cho gà sắt sợi dài vào xào cho săn lại. Nêm 1 thìa cà phê dầu hào,1 chút tiêu, 1/4 thìa cà phê bột ngọt xào đến khi gà chín, vớt gà qua chảo cơm đang chiên. Sau cùng cho giá vào trộn đều rồi tắt bếp.
